Photo, Video, and Audio Recording, Capture and Use

Freehold Soccer League (FSL) reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recordings taken publicly at any contracted facility or event produced by FSL or its contracted vendors and business partners, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio. FSL may use photographs, video footage, or audio in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by FSL, including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, invitations, catalogs, books, advertisements, radio, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, email, video, signage, social media, multimedia, broadcast or live stream, promotions, training and educational materials, marketing and sales materials, any and all forms of communication, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, subjects in photography, video and audio will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the recorded subject or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian.

A person entering a FSL contracted facility or attending a FSL event who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the event photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact FSL at PO Box 653 Freehold, New Jersey 07728, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph/headshot. FSL will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By the act of an individual entering a FSL contracted facility, participating in an FSL event, or by failing to notify FSL, in writing, of their desire to not have their image or audio used by FSL, its contracted vendors or business partners; they are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify FSL, its vendors, business partners, heirs, licensees or assignees from any and all claims involving the use of their picture or likeness.

Any person, business or organization not affiliated with or contracted by FSL may not use, copy, alter or modify FSL photographs, graphics, audio, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from FSL.

Please be aware. When you enter a Freehold Soccer League (FSL) event or facility, you will be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

By entering a FSL event or contracted facility premises, you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other communication or promotional purpose by FSL and its affiliates, business partners, vendors, and their representatives. You release FSL, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering a FSL event or contracted facility premises, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by FSL or the person or entity designated to do so by FSL.

You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or facility.
