Freehold Soccer Travel Tryouts 2025/26

If you already have an account on www.freeholdsoccer.com, login and the "Travel Season 2025-2026 Tryouts" will show as an available program. If you are new to Freehold Soccer, create an account, add your child and "Travel Season 2025-2026 Tryouts" will show as an available program.
All Tryouts that start at 5:30 will be held at Jackson Mills Fields
Check-in starts at 5:00 pm - Tryout is 5:30-7:00pm
$25 tryout fee will be credited toward your registration when you accept a position.
About Freehold Travel Soccer
Freehold Soccer League is a town soccer club known for competing with top programs and academies in the state. We take pride in keeping costs low for the families, focusing on development and not just winning. Through our partnership with Bob Smith Soccer Academy, we have multiple teams in our program that are ranked in the top 5 in the state, top 20 in the US, as well as former State Cup Champions. Many of our teams play in the top tournaments in the country (like WAGS and Jefferson Cup). We routinely finish in the top of our EDP leagues/conferences while winning EDP and other local tournaments. This is not a for-profit program run like a business - this is a true developmental program trained by National Soccer Hall of Fame member and USA Soccer legend Bobby Smith and his professional staff. We take pride in developing the players in our program and are loyal to them.
Starting for the 2025-26 Travel year, the Freehold Soccer League
Will set a per-player cost for the year that will include activities in the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The price will be based in part on the level of the team you have accepted an offer to join. The levels will be set at Elite, Competitive Travel, and Developmental. The planned activities such as Coaching, Training, and Tournaments, will vary for each level. We believe training three times per week is important for development and offer multiple extra nights for training.
All payments will be made through the same SportsConnect system that has been used for registration payments in the past.
- The system will be set up to allow for 4 installment payments.
- The first payment will be 25% and due upon acceptance of your offer.
- The subsequent 25% payments will be due on 8/25/2025, 10/31/2025, and 2/28/2026.
- Credit card billing and Autopay will be set up and encouraged.
Teams are encouraged to continue to solicit sponsors and fundraise to offset costs. Fundraising dollars collected and sent to the league will be posted as credits to your player accounts.
On your assigned tryout day:
- Please check in at the registration table when you get to the field.
- Players will be provided numbered pinnies upon check in - they are not required to wear a numbered jersey.
- Please return the pinny to registration table at the end of the night
- All players are required to wear socks, shin guards and cleats
- Each player should bring a soccer ball and plenty of water.
